Bretagne Ocean Zenvilla & spa, a bubble of serenity

We spent a wonderful week in the villa océan zen and hope to return soon. The villa is very tastefully furnished, everything is beautiful, modern, new and we
feel extremely well.
The spa area is exceptional, we have never had a private spa and so beautiful.
You can listen to music in every room, even at the pool, which really pleased our youngsters.
The lighting has been carefully considered and the pool is spectacular with night lighting.
We also enjoyed being able to charge our electric car so easily.
The kitchen is also incredible and equipped with care.
We were given bikes and it was really nice to discover the area that way. In general, the location of the house is excellent, close to the beach, close to the bakery and to charming restaurants.
Finally, we really appreciated Mayder and Jerôme's warm welcome, their kindness and understanding.
It was a joy to spend a week's vacation in this corner of Brittany, which is the most beautiful for my taste, and in this dream villa that fulfills every wish!

Rezension unseres Urlaubs in der Villa Oceanzen in Combrit:
Unsere Familie hatte das Vergnügen, unseren diesjährigen Sommerurlaub in der Villa Oceanzen in Sainte-Marine zu verbringen. Es war eine wahrhaft entspannende und komfortable Erfahrung, die wir gerne teilen möchten.
Ausstattung der Villa: Die Villa Oceanzen verfügt über drei großzügige Doppelschlafzimmer, die alle mit eigenen Duschen ausgestattet sind. Dies war besonders praktisch, da jeder seinen eigenen Rückzugsort und Privatsphäre hatte. Ein Highlight war die japanische Toilette, die für einen Hauch von Luxus sorgte. Zusätzlich gibt es zwei weitere Toiletten, sodass es nie zu Engpässen kam.
Die Küche war komplett eingerichtet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Besonders der eingebaute Kaffeeautomat war ein großer Pluspunkt für uns Kaffeeliebhaber und ermöglichte es, jeden Morgen mit einer perfekten Tasse Kaffee in den Tag zu starten.
Der Esszimmerbereich ist bequem und von allen Seiten gut zugänglich und lässt morgens die Sonne mit an den Tisch.
Das Wohnzimmer lädt in drei gemütlichen Zweisitzer zum Ausruhen ein. Zur Unterhaltung verfügt die Villa über mehrere Smart-TV, besonders groß der Bildschirm im Wohnzimmer, die alle Programmwünsche erfüllten.
"Alexa" ist auch an Bord.
Wellness und Freizeit: Die Villa Oceanzen bietet eine beeindruckende Auswahl an Wellness- und Freizeiteinrichtungen. Der Innenpool war perfekt für entspannte Schwimmrunden unabhängig vom Wetter. Das Hamam und die Sauna boten wunderbare Möglichkeiten zur Entspannung und Erholung. Der Whirlpool war ein weiteres Highlight und ideal, um nach einem langen Tag zu relaxen. In diesem Bereich werden großformatige und farbige Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt.
Lage der Villa: Die Lage der Villa Oceanzen war ideal und sehr ruhig. Die Strände waren schnell und einfach zu Fuß erreichbar, was unsere Tage am Meer sehr unkompliziert und angenehm machte. Wir genossen lange Spaziergänge am Meer und entspannende Tage am Strand. Restaurants und Supermärkte waren ebenfalls gut erreichbar, was das Einkaufen und Essengehen sehr bequem machte. Die Umgebung bot zudem zahlreiche Sehenswürdigkeiten und Aktivitäten, sodass uns nie langweilig wurde.
Garten und Außenbereich: Der Garten der Villa Oceanzen war ein echtes Highlight. Er war hochwertig bepflanzt und fachmännisch gepflegt, was eine wunderschöne und entspannende Umgebung schuf. Wir verbrachten viel Zeit im Garten und genossen die ruhige und friedliche Atmosphäre, ideal für Grillabende und zum Entspannen.
Sauberkeit und Zustand: Die Villa war in einem tadellosen Zustand und sehr sauber. Bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir alles in einwandfreiem Zustand vor, und man merkte, dass hier viel Wert auf Pflege und Werterhaltung gelegt wird. Die Einrichtung war modern, geschmackvoll und gemütlich, was uns das Gefühl gab, wirklich willkommen zu sein. Die Zimmergrößen, die Belichtung und Raumaufteilung finden wir sehr gut umgesetzt, es hat uns alles gefallen.
Gastgeber: Unsere Gastgeber, Mayder aus dem Baskenland und Jerome aus der Bretagne, waren äußerst empathisch, unkompliziert und zuvorkommend. Der Kontakt zu ihnen war durchweg positiv. Der Check-in und Check-out-Prozess verlief reibungslos und einfach, trotz gewisser Sprachbarrieren. In unserem Fall waren viele Informationen, Sicherheitshinweise und Bedienungsanleitungen in Deutsch verfasst, das hat uns sehr gefallen. Mayder und Jerome waren stets erreichbar und halfen uns bei Fragen oder Anliegen schnell und freundlich weiter. Wir fühlten uns rundum gut betreut.
Fazit: Unser Urlaub in der Villa Oceanzen in Combrit war ein voller Erfolg. Die Kombination aus komfortabler und sehr gut ausgestatteter Unterkunft, hervorragender Lage, exzellentem Service und empathischen Gastgebern machte unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich. Wir können diese Villa uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und freuen uns schon jetzt auf einen möglichen zukünftigen Aufenthalt.

The facilities were perfect, especially for the time of year we were travelling. If you like modern tech you'll love this place. We got to enjoy a pool no matter the weather which was baby friendly. Walking distance to Saint Marine and a small boat ride to Benedot it was a lovely area too for food, boat rides and walks on beaches. We have come back feeling refreshed and like we have had a proper family getaway which was the whole point. Very accommodating, caring owners, and we had massages booked there which for new parents were second to none. Thankyou for making our 1st holiday as a family so special.

This villa lives up to its name "VILLA", we are lucky enough to travel regularly and were very surprised.
The villa has been tastefully designed, the quality and choice of equipment are simply exceptional, we had a very pleasant time here and relaxation was the order of the day.
The area and surrounding environment are just perfect for a very enjoyable family holiday.
We were made to feel very welcome despite our late arrival, even offering to do some shopping for us.
The owners were very accommodating about our arrival and genuinely concerned about our comfort during our stay.
They were incredibly available and responsive to the smallest detail. Indeed, as we were there during the CIARA storm, they were extremely concerned about our comfort.

Idyllic!!!
An exceptional villa where everything has been thought of for the well-being of its occupants. "Zen Océan" lives up to its name. Ideally placed for discovering a very pretty region.
Maeder & Jérôme are extremely kind and helpful. On the first evening, with our agreement, they even took care of booking a table at the restaurant... Appreciable after more than 6 hours on the road...
What more can I say, I'm sorry we didn't stay longer.

This is unquestionably a magnificent property hosted by very lovely owners. It boasts modern features and every facility imaginable. Impeccably clean with tasteful decor, it is impossible to fault its presentation. We have stayed at very many properties over the years, but none that surpass this home, nestled in a secure neighbourhood, close to shops, restaurants, walks and the port precinct. Every traveller's wish is catered for, from state-of-the-art appliances to comfortable beds and plenty of space, both inside and out. Our hosts were very attentive to our needs while providing us with privacy. This is truly a destination which will satisfy even the most demanding guest, we cannot rate it highly enough. Our only regret is that we could not stay longer!

Everything was perfect, from the location to the villa itself. Nothing was chosen by chance: the right balance between modernity and human warmth, just like the owners.

We were delighted to spend a three-week vacation in this superb villa, which boasts top-quality materials this summer. Three master suites, no less, with very pleasant bedding and showers. The zen area is top-notch. The location is exceptional, close to the beach and the harbor, which is home to several good restaurants. A home with state-of-the-art home automation. A Zen garden not overlooked. The house's location makes it easy to walk or bike to the beach, the harbor... We'll definitely come back!
